Transmission electron microscopy

This is a microscopy technique where a beam of electrons is transmitted through an ultra this specimen. An image is formed from the interaction of the electrons transmitted through the specimen. The transmission electron microscopy was discovered in 1938.

- Q: Describe The Role Of Nad In Aerobic Respiration
NAD is a coenzyme and an electron carrier, it acts as an electron acceptor in glycolysis and Krebs cycle through dehydrogenation processes and is then reduced to NADH. WHen it is reduced to NADH, it is utilized as an electron donor during oxidative phosphorylation....

- #3. Microscopy
Most cells are very small, and their structures can only be seen by using a microscope. 1. Light microscopes light rays pass through the specimen on a slide focused by an objective lens and an eyepiece lens. ---> magnified image of...

- Electron Microscope
An electron microscope depends on electrons rather then light to view an object. Electron microscopes make it possible to view objects as small as the diameter of an atom. The electron microscope was invented in 1931....
