Coined/History
In 1898, German phycisian Hans Hirschfeld identified the non-granular cells in the bone marrow and described the process of their development into granulocytes. Two years later , Otto Naegeli (1871, - 1938) coined the term ?myeloblast? to describe these non-granular cells and for first time he  divided the leukemia into myeloid and lymphocytic.
Definition
Myeloblast is a primitive precursor  blood cell found in bone marrow, that gives rise to leukocytes.(white blood cells) of the granulocytic series (as neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils).
