Today Mrs.Tyrell was absent for illness, she probably has a bacteria making her sick (haha get it because we learned about some bacteria that cause illness). Even though she was gone we took notes over a PowerPoint and I did research on Leprosy. I then made a Piccollage.

Endospore allows a bacteria to survive. When a bacteria's environment is harsh and hard to live in, it will change into an endospores which makes them stronger, and allows them to survive without food or water.

- Yogurt Is Alive
Today we learned about the prokaryotic cells in yogurt. I learned there are hundereds of bacteria in a single drop of yogurt. These cells are tiny compared to other cells in our bodies. There is also no nucleus in these strange bacteria. This was a short...

- Prokaryote: Cells
In this picture are millions and millions of bacteria. No matter how much I clean the countertops, once an object or hand is placed on it, more bacteria live there. Bacteria is a prokaryote which are cells that do not have a nucleus or membrane bound...

Today Mrs.Tyrell was back from being sick. Then we discussed more about eubacteria and archaebacteria. Also, about the nasty flesh eating bacteria that eats your flesh. Then we took notes more about Fungi.  Hyphae has thread like structure and it's...
